Refund & Return Policy

We want you and your furry friends to love our products! If you are not 100% satisfied, we are here to help.

• Return Window: You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

• Condition: To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

• Process: To start a return, contact us at support@fureverstates.com. We will provide you with instructions on where to send your package.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
